Hello,
As an updated OS is due at the end of the month,I'm debating between the Ubuntu(Gnome Version) and the Kubuntu(KDE version).
Using Ubuntu JJ,I've discovered and installed some KDE applications I like much better than Gnome's.
I have Nvidia graphics.
The Synaptic Manager notes that Canonic provides updates for KDE.
My question,if I download all the KDE stuff,is there a way I choose between using the Gnome and KDE desktops, and if so,how? Or will installing the KDE override the Gnome desktop?
I know I could compare the two using a live CD,but a side by side, back and forth comparison makes more sense for me.
--------------
Thank you.
