Lennart Poettering (developer Pulse Audio)is complaining about the way Ubuntu uses/patches Pulseaudio.

I dont know, I thought it was great in jaunty but in karmic it's more restrictive for more simplicity.

yes I know it's not what you mean, but that's how I feel as a user.
