Is KDE 4.3 availible for Ubuntu?

I have been on the KDE website and cant find anyway to get KDE 4.3 onto my computer.

I have the latest version of Ubuntu, is there a repos I have to add to get the update/upgrade?

Kubuntu Karmic which is released next week will have KDE 4.3.

The latest KDE update, 4.3.2 is now available.

Users of our latest development release, Karmic, can upgrade to the latest packages.

Users of our stable 9.04 release can install it from the Kubuntu Backports PPA.
