Today I woke up and after brushing my teeth I picked up a magnifying mirror and I looked at my teeth. I just realized that I have yellow plaque between my front lower teeth. I brush my teeth 3 times a day. How can I remove the plaque myself without going to the dentist? I called all dentists around my area and they all booked until at the end of November or so.
I tried removing the plaque by brushing in the affected area and I also tried using tooth picks and it didnt work. Anyone have a better way to remove plaque?

Catch a deadly disease. Then you won't worry about a bit of plaque :)

Or maybe just use some mouthwash. That's probably a better one to do.

aww I get this!

The way i deal with it is to kinda... instead of brushing the area kinda tap it with the brush pushing the bristles in the spaces over and over, it usually loosens and removes it!

And what a random discussion to be having on the Ubuntu forums ^_^

EDIT -- But yeah dental floss would do it too! I just cba to buy any! lol

Brush properly (circular motion, not side to side or up and down) and use floss. dont forget to brush you gums, you have a better change of getting a gum disease than a tooth-only issue.

This is not the proper place for questions like this. If you have health problems, go see a health care professional. Don't ask here.
