"NO BOOTABLE DEVICES--STRIKE F1 TO RETRY BOOT, F2 FOR SETUP UTILITY".. is the message I get with ISO file on CD.

I burned BOOTABLE FILE boot.ima with Windows XP installable files on DVD AND TRIED SO MANY TIMES BUT EVERY ATTEMPT UTTERLY FAILED AND I AM UNABLE TO PROCEED ANY FURTHER!!!

WHAT DOES THE BOOT CD HAS ??? ISO FILE AND WHAT ELSE ???
DOCUMENTATION IS EXTREMELY POOR IN THIS AREA FOR SIMPLE INSTALLTION OF AN OS LIKE UBUNTU.

HOPE I GET A STRONG REPLY THAT KILLS THIS MAJOR STARTING PROBLEM I AM CURRENTLY FACING :=(((((
