After upgrading from 8.10 to 9.04, I can't access the GNOME Desktop because the top & bottom bars are moving off & on screen at ~2Hz frequency, preventing access to the menus.
I can still access files on the desktop, but the jittery behavior persists and is very distracting too boot.
Please let me know what I should try to fix this.
