Every once in a wild Ubuntu freezes after a few moments i've
started Opera 8.51.
Mouse pointer won't move and nothing won't respond.
I have no choice but to reboot computer.
Then everything works fine again.
Does anyone have similar experience, and what should i try to fix?
Every advice is welcome.

Same here.. Works flawlessly on my system too. Can you tell us how you installed Opera?
I see this is your first post. Welcome to Ubuntu!

Thanx :)
Well i downloaded package:
opera_8.51-20051114.6-shared-qt_en_etch_i386.deb
from site: http://www.opera.com/download/?platform=linux
end installed it.
Well it's not such a big problem cause it happens every once in a wild,
but I would like to know if there is someone with same experience.

Hello, I have the same problem
after a time my opera freezes ubuntu.
It happens after I installed compiz, emerald.
note: I really use opera, and I manage most of my email accounts since there.
if you has any idea let me know

similar problem with XP & IE
when the memory in use gets to the bad memory
it was particularly problematic just after boot
when a lot of wincrap was chugging in the background
YMMV

If you are running 10.10, then see this thread (http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=336001).
