Window List shows tabs from all workspaces

I'm using Ibex. On the handle to the left of the widow buttons on the bottom panel, I right click->Preferences->Show windows from current workspace.

But the bottom panel still has buttons for all my windows in other workspaces!

Anyone have this problem?
