Hello!

I'm curious to know if there is any Ubuntu posters on this forum which lives in North Carolina? I will be moving there next year if no troubles get in my way.

Do the habitants of North Carolina know about Ubuntu?

Seeing as you just properly used the word "bo", I can affirm your association with the Carolinas.

@OP: South Carolina here. Enjoy your stay in the States.

I live in Goldsboro, NC. I have converted a few people to Ubuntu but most people still think Windows is the only computer operating system. That is alright with me because they bring there computers to me to fix after they get a few viruses on them. I don't mind charging them to fix there computers.

There are a few Ubuntu / Linux users in North Carolina.
Also a few Linus Users Groups in Raleigh and Durham.

Is this an insult? My question was not intended as one anyway. Will be a challenge to get used to speak the language, actually.

I am from North Carolina, the far eastern edge.

Hope you have a good time out here, and enjoy the barbeque. It's good stuff. I would try it without cole slaw the first time, though. ;)

Yes, I've lived in North Carolina all of my life. Have been using Linux as my primary operating system for a couple of years now.

Sorry about the very late reply, if you even see this. I am not sure why I did not get back to this. I am actually residing in Richlands, and I work on New River.
