That they fixed the problem with the install script for the microsoft tt-fonts? I have to work behind a firewall and this one single font anadale fails to install ever since about 6.04 I know it has been reported. I know you are going to say don't install them, but hey I work in the real world and I need the MS fonts.

Is this link of help ?

http://embraceubuntu.com/2005/09/09/installing-microsoft-fonts/

A fuller explanation can be found here .....

http://www.debianadmin.com/install-microsoft-corewindows-truetypeubuntu-titlemacintosh-fonts-in-ubuntu.html

The issue, is that ubuntu cannot include them as default, because of licensing restrictions. Just like we have to go and get the codecs for dvd playing etc.

Phill.
