Maybe you can pull it off the CD? Actually I just googled opensuse wallpaper and find some really nifty stuff.

You could try getting it from here: http://widehat.opensuse.org/factory-snapshot/repo/oss/suse/noarch/desktop-data-openSUSE-11.2-9.1.noarch.rpm

I think that's the package that should contain the wallpaper. Alien and rpm2cpio both have problems with that file for me though.

No that does not look similar to the one I found. The other one has some circles and some other stuff in it. btw I dont think I can open an RPM file on windows right? my ubu is broken so I am using windows.

It would probably take less time than asking on a forum and hope someone has it. ;) Or do you have a limited download quota?

Well, if anyone has suse 11.2 KDE version then I would appreciate it if they could upload it here or jusr provide a link to it.
I googled the wallpaper "opensuse 11.2 KDE wallpaper" and I found something else. btw I do have a slow connection.

Hmm, 11.2? I thought the latest was 11.1.

yup, its weird that I cant find it.
I see that the default ubu 9.10 wallpaper is already available on google images, and yes ubu is still beta.
