Why can't I find a portable version of Firefox for Ubuntu?

I finally think I found something:

Does anyone have experience with this?

It looks like the computer you want to use your portable software on needs to be preloaded with some software like the "RUNZ framework."

I'm sure I read that portableapps FF would run with Wine.

Although I suspect that until multiple work PCs have Ubuntu, the demand for portableapps for it will be limited.
