View Full Version : [kubuntu] Encrypt a folder

I wanto to encrypt a folder/zip folder so i can send it by email, i've tried cryptkeeper, but whenever i try and move the file it loses its password, can someone recommend me another program or help me get this one working?

hhmm, i think that requires nautilus, how do i start nautilus in ubuntu?

In the GNOME menu: Places > Home Folder

...

But you are using Kubuntu ... so you have KDE. Hmmmmm ... maybe this would work then?

I don't get the option to encrypt a file from right click->actions
