I really like some of the themes for the window manager on xubuntu.
I'd like for all windows to have the same decoration though. Currently the focused window has a nice sharp bold decoration and the unfocused windows have faded decoration.

I would like all windows to have the same border as the window on the right.
Does anyone know if there is a way to have all of the windows to have the same decoration as the focused one?
