Cant find source for tpfan/tpfancontrol

Tried to add the repository and key off <http://www.gambitchess.org/mediawiki/index.php/ThinkPad_Fan_Control#Installation> but it says:

-Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/tp-fan/ppa/ubuntu/dists/jaunty/main/debian-installer/binary-amd64/Packages/dists/jaunty/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found

-Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.


..Has anyone else had this trouble?

yes i have encountered the same problem. is anyone successfully using the packages from previous ubuntu versions or is there another working karmic source?

its not working in karmic. and i dont find any ppa for karmic so far :-(
