Hi,
I just install Ubuntu in a new partition. I am currently having 2 OS Windows and Ubuntu. My system selected the ubuntu to be the default OS to boot from it. I want to make Windows my default OS to start from. How can I do this?

Note, I read about the text file that I have in my boot directory and I found the OSs and the timeout value but I am not sure how to change the booting sequence without causing any damage since I am new to Linux.

Thank you

There is an easy to use program to help you do all of that, startupmanager. Just install from the repositories, then look under System->Admin. And by the way, you just want to change boot order, not arrange partitions.:)
