KDE 4.3 systray no icons

Hi. Yesterday I installed KDE 4.3 by using this (http://www.ubuntugeek.com/howto-install-kde-4-3-2-on-ubuntu-jaunty.html#more-2125) tutorial and there are no icons in system tray like skype. I add screenshot of the problem (problem is in the right-bottom)
