Just upgraded to 9.04 and there is no scrre

Guys I just did the upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04 the the Adept Manager new distro setting. After everything was done and the computer restarted I saw the Kubuntu progression bar and then no picture. Would having a NVIDIA graphics card be the problem? ctrl+alt+f1 does't work. Need help. Thanks.

Reboot. Press the ESC key.

Wait for the Recovery Options to appear.

If you have a Video / X option, try it. If that doesn't fix it, I'm SOL for ideas.

Except, wait for another 'buntu-er to add some ideas.
