So I installed Ubuntu 9.10 beta to test it(amazing btw lol) and since it uses a new grub it automatically finds other OSes to boot into. Vista boots fine, but Mac OS X won't seem to boot. The computer just restarts once I select it.

OK, smart guy, so where in "Ubuntu Forums" do you see support being guaranteed for Mac OS's? Huh?

If this is being run on a Mac, go to the Apple forums -- I'm SURE they will be GLAD to help you.

If this is NOT being run on a Mac, from what I've heard, you're breaking the law -- and if that's true, maybe that's why no one here is jumping to help you.

I don't know how GRUB2 (which I believe comes with 9.10 ... and still in beta) plays well with OSX/Mac's. I use rEFit (http://refit.sourceforge.net/) on my MBP dual-booting leopard and Jaunty.

You might want to try posting in the apple users' sub-forum (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=328)or, an apple-based forum.
