I would like to try installing Ubuntu On Wubi on Win Vista from CD. Would it work?
I've donloaded Wubi 9.04 & I have Ubuntu 9.04 CD.
I heard that Wubi don't work on Vista, only on XP?
Can I do it on Vista from Live CD?

Vista is the host. Wubi with Ubuntu. Make sure it is an .iso disk that you burned
to a cd. It will make a folder in windows the size you tell it by default ?s in Wubi Ubuntu
install. Boots off of Vista's GrubDos4. Give it at least 10 gig or so I do 20 gig and after
music and photo's and documents I have 10 gig left over. Remember Vista is host. So
open computer in ubuntu go to host/user/ your vista name you will see all your vista files can copy them to ubuntu. Cannot copy Linux to Dos. want to copy linux to dos put
onto external drive and then copy to windows while in Windows.

If you read on install you cannot make a mistake.
