Hi
I haven't visited this thread for a long time... Have been very busy with work, birth of our first child ( it's a boy if you want to know)
I have managed to kill Ubuntu and reinstall it again ( don't ask how I managed 'cos I don't know) and gave up on trying to install Mac OSX.
Now I want to install Windows 7 on M partition according to picture below which have Ubuntu installed

I have couple of questions:
1. Will I destroy the Grub?
2 If I do how do I go about fixing it and please provide steps on how to do it?
3 Any other information needed
