I'm trying to install plasma shell for Windows. I saw some videos of KDE working completely atop Windows. So I installed the win build, but can't find plasma.exe. I know it is distributed via kdebase-workspace, but all the mirrors I tried only have plasma-desktop (which loads only desktop part without panels and other). I am searching in .../KDE/bin folder and tried winkde mirror. Can somebody give me a link to kdebase-workspace file that actually contains plasma.exe? Thank you!
