5.1 sound card installation help

im running windows xp

i just purchased a 5.1 rocketfish sound card to upgrade my old system

i place it in the slot....turn the computer on ...it recognizes the new hardware goes to install the install the software...

but i get the error that its not passing a windows logo test....

i get the option to continute or stop...i continue...then in a few seconds it restarts and begins the install process all over again

im stuck in a infinite loop

any help
