And we're giving it to my dad for his 70th birthday tomorrow, we were hoping to load it with images from his history and the damn things wont show up.
I've done some digging and apparently the sony likes it images to be DCF2.2 compatible Jpegs.
Well,I've tried using Jhead to put EXIF data on images from images that do work but that didn't help.
Can anyone here help? I'm so friggin angry at Sony right now for making this such a pig-headed affair.
(Sorry if this is off topic,- just figured someone here might now,- afaik this isn't just a linux problem, it'd be a pain whatever OS you use).
