Hello Everybody,
I am a user of Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty, but new to ubuntu (linux).
Recently I had upgraded my OpenOffice from 3.1.0 to 3.1.1 version. But due to many problems with this development version, I wanted to remove the 3.1.1 version. While doing the removing to 3.1.1 version I had broken my OpenOffice. After that the openoffice sticks.

So, please to help me 'How to fix the broken packages?'

Please help, it is very urgent.

Thanks in advance.

Did something actually tell you that you had broken packages? Or did you just notice openoffice not working?

Better install the Sun version IMHO: [Ubuntu] Installing OOo on Debian and Co. (http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=68)

Do you have any particular reason for this suggestion? I've used both on Linux and Windows, and IMHO the version included in the repos (Go-oo) is superior to the straight Sun version.

Extra features but much more bugs (less quality tests). Especially with the Base module.
