Can I mail someone a flashdrive so I can get a bootable copy of ubuntu netbook remix on my asus pc900. Please help.

So it sounds like you just have windows and you may not know about a way to write the image to the usb via windows is this correct.

You can do this yourself on any pc running windows or linux. Here is the page to explain how. It's free and simple.

Remember a new version of UNR is coming out at the end of this month and it is supposed to be pretty slick. You might reinstall on your asus again when the latest version is released. Good Luck! -joe

Yes, I am new to netbooks and linux/ubuntu. So everything needs to be explained to me like a 3 year old.
