How can i view lib documentation installed with apt-get?

please, i've looked everywhere!
I have installed some libraries-doc and lib-examples and i don't have the slightest clue how to view them!
please help me, i cant seem to find any relevant stuff on the net..:(

dpkg -L lib-examples will show you where the files are located.
