Okay thank you.

BRB now I hungry.

---o0o---

GREAT! I found an half-dozen eggs in the fridge that I bought a few weeks ago, useby-date 28-09 and cracked the little fellas into a pan on the stove for dinner. Now, how can I make them into an egg salad?

---o0o---

They cracked fresh btw, as I am lucky to rent a VERY cool fridge - around 0.2 deg C I'd guess by the way it freezes water if not sealed to maintain STP.

Honestly, potato salad! :P, but to answer your question more specific, chicken.

I like the taste of egg salad, but I normally avoid it because I don't like the smell of it being prepared.

I've never had chicken salad, but I would imagine it tastes similar to tuna salad, which is pretty good. Though, I have seen versions of chicken salad that include chopped walnuts, diced apples, and grapes. I would love to try that sometime.

This does get incredibly confusing if you think about it enough, and I know that it's almost dinner time here at GMT+8 but my computer tells me that it's only just after 9am in Abidjan which is breakfast time, and I don't want all those eggs to go to waste now that they've been cracked, (and there's a pak of diced bacon and a punnet of cherry tomatoes in the fridge from a few weeks/months ago that hasn't been eaten yet) and a complete onion on the kitchen shelf - ready for skinning! So if I nosh all that up in a pan now, there's a chance that I might be able to manufacture something a little like what friends and hotel staff in Thailand might tell me is 'Amelican Egg Salad' and I can't see that going wrong with a couple of pieces of toast to make up a good dinner with those futureless eggs!

I will see if this thread is flying tomorrow and report back with the results
Goodnight forum. :)

Ugh, both of those would be disgusting! I voted chicken salad as the mere thought of egg salad sort of makes me sick!

I had Waldorf salad once. At the time, I didn't know Waldorf salad was made with mayonnaise. I assumed by its appearance that it was made with whipped cream, as it looks very similar to my mother's apple salad, which is made with apples, grapes, bananas, walnuts, marshmallows, and a whipped cream made from heavy whipping cream and apple cider vinegar.

I was highly displeased. However, if there was chicken thrown in there, I think I'd try it, as long as it was evenly mixed like tuna salad.

i guess that depends on who died.

chicken salad, ftw. (though, egg salad, seafood salad and tuna salad have their appeal.)

Egg salad is made with hard boiled eggs.

1. Boil Eggs.
2. Shell Eggs.
3. Dice Eggs.
4. Add Miracle Whip to taste.
5. Stir with Wild Abandon.
6. Add whatever else you want, ie celery, pickles, onions, ect.

Miracle whip is THE true spread, real mayo cannot even begin to compare.

All who disagree shall be destroyed.

Resistance is futile.

This might be too much anime on my part... but isn't there a dish called mother and daughter rice in Japan for that reason?
