I ran Computer Janitor on Ubuntu Jaunty, and it seems to have broken AppArmor. I get a "fail" message during boot up.
I've tried re-installing AppArmor, but that hasn't made a difference. I looked at the man page (http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/jaunty/en/man7/apparmor.7.html), and I seem to have everything it requires, but I don't really know what I'm looking for. I did notice the /var/lib/apparmor folder is empty. I was going to uninstall and re-install it, but Synaptic wanted to uninstall part of GDM when I started the uninstall, so I canceled it.
Any advice from anyone who knows AppArmor? I've finally got my little 4GB Asus eee running how I want it, and I don't want to screw it all up.
