I've been trying to spice up my desktop environment a bit. I can't seem to get any SVG based icon sets to work properly. I can install them from the art manager, and they appear in the Appearance>Themes>Customize>Icons windo, but when I select one of the SVG based themes, the it doesn't change what I actually see on my desktop.
