Ok, I'm running a ubuntu 9.04 server. I've installed the vsftpd server and now i want to be able to access in fashion like "www.typeaddresshere.com" and it pops up with a list of files on my server. I am also running an apache server on my home so i'll need to know what ports it's using as well.

What can i do to make the ftp server accessable by typeing in address then having a username and password window to popup to log in and then being able to view a list of downloadable files that i have on my server?

p.s. my website address is http://gatekeepersts.endofinternet.net however it's hosting a guild temporary website at the moment.

Wow, i feel a bit silly. Filezilla is working fine.

One last question, is there a browser based FTP client? so that people could type www.domainhere.com , enter there usernames and passwords and then be shown a list of downloadable files?
