Is there a way to modify a file while opening another in a program? I mean, when you click "Open File" in a program and browse to a folder, is there some way to delete/copy/cut/etc... some files in that folder from that open dialog?
I'm used to being able to do that and it's been getting annoying having to open up the folder using another window to do this. (If it helps, I'm using GNOME, and to my understanding, the file manager is Nautilus.)
