...But the name of it escapes me!

I've seen screenshots before of a very basic app that overlays things like system monitors on your desktop and uses a raw text configuration file, but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. Can anyone help jog my memory here?

I am not sure what a raw text configuration file is, but screenlets has a system monitor which can be edited to your hearts content
