installing packages which are already downloaded

I installed some of the packages in my ubuntu 9.04 from internet and saved a copy of all packages seperately from folder /var/cache/apt/archives.

I installed ubuntu 9.04 in another computer where internet access is not available.How can I installed previously saved packages in this computer.
somebody please give some suggestions..

System->Administration-Software Sources, insert CD as a source.

That should work.
