Which programs are written in Java?

Which open source programs are written in Java? I read that openoffice.org is not written entirely in Java. Is there a program that is written entirely in Java so that I could look at examples of more complex code when I am studying (if not now that I am learning the basics then later when I am more advanced myself)?
