Hi All

I'm installing ubuntu onto my dell laptop via the network using tftpd32 on my vista lappy as the dhcp server.. all good so far for a noob! :).... (info... dell laptop has no working cd drive, no usb boot option,!!)

the problem now is, I've got as far as the ubuntu installer main menu, input local settings etc, but I'm completely stuck as to where to get the repository files from!... there is no internet connection for the dell to DL the files, so I obviously have to retrieve them from the vista lappy. I've chosen to enter information manually and then I'm stuck!!
I need to enter the hostname of the mirror and enter the directory where the files are!
I leave the HTTP proxy infomation box blank as I'm not accessing over the internet!

any help would be appreciated
