Hello ! I have some kind of strange problem - can't add user inside GNOME (with Users Settings application).
When I open it, unlock button is disabled and I can't click it ... It also doesn't ask me for password (like synaptics does). I've also tried that with root account, and it also doesn't work ...
I can make new account inside the terminal, but I would like to have this GUI application working ...
Please help :) Thanks !

Open the Terminal and launch the "Users and Groups" programme using the command
users-admin
Try to make a new user and post here any messages that may pop up.

Are you able to successfully Unlock other options, for example Services (System → Administration → Services), or it's just the Users and Groups problem?

No, but I can use Synaptic Package Manager ...
I've forgot to mention, I'm connecting on this computer from remote location by NX Client

That's an important piece of information... But I can't help you much here then. Just try and look at this bug report (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-system-tools/+bug/187335/comments/14) for advice.
