Installing Kubuntu from windows with USB

Hello!

I wish to install Kubuntu Karmic onto a PC currently running Windows Server 2003, I do not have any blank CDs, therefore I need to boot from a USB drive or any other possible method is also preferred, how exactly do I do this?
