Stuck inside desktop cube

I am a new user to Ubuntu and I was playing around with compiz desktop settings. I checked the box that says inside cube and now I can't get out. I can get into the cntrl+alt+f1 window and enter commands. Does anyone now what script I could use to turn off the inside cube effect?

Try using the same command you got in.

I think ctrl+alt+down makes it go there
