"Could not resolve security.ubuntu.com"

This is a dns error, either you do not have your dns setup right or your dns is malfunctioning.

If you don't know where you should configure this, google for /etc/resolv.conf

do you have physical access to the server?

if it is hosted by someone else call them and tell them that you can not
reach the dns server from your server. seems like resolv.conf may be incorrect. check to make sure DNS server IPs have not changed.
