Have you seen this website?

http://www.123people.co.uk/

It appears that you can find their latest Myspace pictures and email address and if they have say an Amazon account what they have bought.

Scary!!!!

I tried myself, found nothing. Tried my friend and got a few things that were actually him. I make sure to turn off anything that puts out info.

Is it?

I get better results from Google tbh.

Searching for myself found my Twitter feed, (several pages down the list) and my Amazon whishlist.

My long lost friends are still long lost.:(

Don't know how my email address was shown, as I've never specified my full name AFAIK. Only one picture, though, and that was from 5 years ago.

Yeah, I've googled myself before (it'll make me blind! ;)), and I recognize a lot of the results. As it happens, the majority of the results are actually about someone else who has the same name as me. It's good to know that my efforts to protect my privacy online are succeeding.

I have a very uncommon name, but all it got was my amazon wishlist, I used to be careful to keep real name seperate from online IDs but mozilla messed that up for me so I don't really care anymore I don't say anything i wouldn't say out loud anyway!
