Why would I listen to music randomly? Besides, mplayer doesn't have such a feature, and I can't be bothered with bash scripting right now.

I`m just looking for new music.
I thought this would be a good way.
No cheating, coz I want random music.
That`s 2 can`t be bothered posts.
If you can`t be bothered, great, I don`t care, get on with your life.
I just want a list of random tunes and thought this would be a fun way to do it.

Well, seeing as how I've decided that writing a bash script to pick a random .ogg file would be too labour-intensive to satisfy you, I've taken the liberty of using a method that isn't as random but I hope will satisfy you. Namely, I've had a script create a list of all my .ogg files in a plaintext file, then I opened the file in vim and started deleting random lines (by randomly pecking at the numeric keyboard) until only five were left. Enjoy!
Herms Niel - Erika.ogg
Sota-Marsseja - Kauan on Kärssity.ogg
My Eyes have seen the Glory (Battle hymn of the Republic - Tabernacle Choir).ogg
Het Wilhelmus.ogg
Marechal Nous Voila.ogg
(I specialise in anthems and WWII-era music, none of the selection in any way indicates my political orientation)

If You C Jordan - Leaving Through The Window - Something Corporate
Wasteland - All the Stars and Boulevards - Augustana
Prayer - Believe - Disturbed
Jars - Sci-Fi Crimes - Chevelle
I must admit though, I used my own script for this, since I don't actually have music on my hard drive. I used my own Python script with the truerandom module on a list of songs I retrieved from my Last.fm profile. So, it's a truly random shuffle.
