Foxtrot would be mine too if it were still in my paper. Instead I read Cul de Sac.

Online it's a toss-up between XKCD and Hark: A Vagrant.

Offline lately I'd have to say Dilbert. But that's probably just because my life has turned into the title character's over the last few weeks. Non Sequitur is a close-second.

Out-of-print-wise The Far Side, and Calvin and Hobbes are both great strips.

+1 - I think the expression on Hannelore's face here (http://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=1490) should be on prints, like the drink sledding game was.

I would have to go with xkcd and explosm.net. Foxtrot has some good ones too though.

I've never heard of that one before, but it looks interesting. I'll add the rss feed and read it for a week or two and see what I think.

Huge +1.

That one cracks me up.

I can't understand why people like XKCD so much, especially after that recent nude comic (that wasn't funny in the least, by the way. I don't know a single person that found it funny.)

Like any comic strip, sometimes it hits sometimes it misses. He`s commited himself to 3 a week. It`s not going to work every time.

But when it does work xkcd is brilliant.

In the paper: Foxtrot and Pearls Before Swine. Online: xkcd

Perhaps it (XKCD) just meshes well with my particular blend of geekiness, but I frequently find it clever and funny.

I also like 'toothpaste for dinner'.
