Thanking you all Gurus,
I am free free from repartition problem,
just doing three steps
1 inserted ubuntu setup cd in cd drive,
restart machine
2 selected the first option.
3 open gparted tool from
system>administrator>partition editor
and just selected resize option and arranged the slider firstly to reduce the size of home directory
then selected which partition i want to increase the size and moved the slider upto free space.
there is no any change in my data.
