Wallpaper flashes in movie players

Hi,

I'm having some problems when i'm trying to watch something in smplayer or totem movie player, from time to time I get flashes of wallpaper picture (for less then a second) and is annoying. I've noticed that is always happening if i'm in fullscreen and i'm hovering over the panel with volume, time, etc.

Some solutions?

Disable desktop effects. Works for me.

Probably you are right, this problem appeared after I enabled desktop effects, but i kinda of like desktop effects and i wanna keep them.
