Error messages from updates?

Hi all-

I'm receiving this from updates and wondering if anyone can help me right this?

So the updates went through after a few tries but now when i put this line into the terminal


sudo wget http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/`lsb_release -cs`.list --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list; sudo apt-get -q update; sudo apt-get --yes -q --allow-unauthenticated install medibuntu-keyring; sudo apt-get -q update

and then it asks me for my password- it wont let me type. I press the keys on the keyboard but nothing appears? Its locked? Suggestions?
