Changing the urgent color

After a while of searching I only found a couple of people that wanted the same thing I do but got no answer, hope I get luckier than them.

Here's the thing, I'm using a theme that I customized myself, but I can't find where I can set the color when a window is flagged at urgent on the taskbar (The default is the orange that you usually see flashing/blinking when someone talks to you on pidgin). Does anyone know where I can change it?
