Please e-mail the contents of this text box to:andy@***********.me.ukThu Sep 24 20:38:53 2009: An error occurred whilst restoring from '/media/Local Disk/backup'.i reinstalled because for the past month ive been unable to get sound out of my browsers. and yes im emailing it. now ive got to reinstall origami/F@H.

thankfully, there is very little to do to get Ubuntu back the way it was, the biggest loss is that i now feel really guilty for only seeding around half of the 30GB torrents

There is ALWAYS a way. A better way to backup things in my honest opinion, is dd. It ALWAYS works :)

I have recently started using Pybackpack. I think I'll go back to the old fashioned way of copying the stuff I want to back up directly to an external hard drive.
