I wish to replace all Ubuntu logos in my os with some attractive name. Please inform me some simple way how to do that.:)

Change the menu icon with gconf-editor and disable splash in your /boot/grub/menu.lst on the kernel line. Change the GDM theme as well.

Are you talking about changing the icon, or replace the Ubuntu logo with the word "Ubuntu"?

Use a distro that doesn't brand upstream packages.

I don't know. Actually I recently made a post of something similar, except for Gnome Panel Drawers (wanted to categorize links for "Development","Test" and "Publish" links).

Create a logo in gimp.
