Button to quickly bring window from one monitor to the other

I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 with gnome and have two monitors. Is there a way to make every window have an extra button on top that allows warping it to the other monitor in one click? (instead of dragging it).

Is there no way to do this in Ubuntu? I think in Windows there exist things you can install that add such a button to all application Windows. Nothing similar for Linux available?
